Casa Andina Premium Sacred Valley

This high-end hotel is a logical stopover for those travelling between Cusco and Machu Picchu and many of the Sacred Valley’s sights are close by. Soak up the atmosphere, take in the gorgeous Andean mountain views and enjoy a star-studded show at the on-site Planetarium.

Casa Andina Premium Sacred Valley, with its mountain chalet-style buildings is set on a 3-hectare site in the heart of the Sacred Valley. It’s just 10 km from Ollantaytambo train station on the line which services Machu Picchu. You are surrounded by beautiful gardens and lawns with the magnificent Andes Mountains as a backdrop. Staying here, you’re perfectly placed for exploring the Sacred Valley and all the wonderful sights it contains.

The Alma Restaurant uses tasty regional ingredients to prepare Novo Andean cuisine as well as international dishes. Breakfast is a scrumptious buffet affair while lunch and dinner are à la carte. After dinner, you can retire to the cosy bar and sample a cocktail or two. If you fancy an indulgent treat make your way to the Spa for a relaxing massage.  Staff are always on hand to ensure you have a pleasant stay, Casa Andina properties are known for their warm and friendly service and Casa Andina Premium Sacred Valley is no exception.

Times to Go

The hotel is open throughout the year as the Sacred Valley is a year-round destination. The area experiences two seasons, rainy and dry.

The best time to visit would naturally be the dry season so you are looking at April through to October.

The rains typically begin in November and last through to March, January and February receive the most rainfall, so are perhaps best avoided.

Wi-Fi comes as standard, though you may want to upgrade to faster Wi-Fi if you want speedy connectivity.

Superior Rooms
These are the smallest of the rooms, but they are still of a decent size and nicely furnished. The rooms are light, bright and airy; patio doors and windows let in plenty of light. Rooms come as doubles, twins or triples. There is a desk or a breakfast table and a private veranda.

The suites come in a variety of standards, namely Junior, Imperial, Senior and Superior. The fundamental difference is the size and the number of rooms within the suite. All are spacious with similar amenities.

Villas are perfect for families, with two bedrooms. They are spacious and also incorporate a small kitchenette. The bathroom opens out to a private outdoor shower area. The living room has comfy seating and an open fireplace providing additional ambience on a chilly evening.
